Often described as "yogic sleep", Yoga Nidra is a guided practice experienced lying down in comfort. Through breath awareness, body relaxation and guided attention, this practice creates space to slow down, restore balance and reconnect with yourself.

These small group sessions offer a quiet, supportive environment suitable for all — no movement, flexibility or previous experience is needed.
